Health Essentials Distribution brings essential health and hygiene supplies to organizations and people in need across Canada. It is run by Trillium Community Help Foundation (TCHF), a registered Canadian charity.
Supplies include menstrual products, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brushes, shampoo, body wash and more.
Who it helps
Schools, clinics, shelters and people in need. TCHF lists what they need right now, so donors can give toward a specific need.

How to help
Donate to the program, or see what schools, clinics and shelters need right now and donate toward a specific need. If that need is met first, your donation goes to other Health Essentials needs.
Once you are ID-verified in My TCHF, you can also send items directly to a need that takes them.
Safety
- Donations are made on Stripe’s secure payment form. TCHF emails your CRA tax receipt after an Admin checks it.
- To send items directly, you first verify your ID with Stripe Identity. TCHF never receives or keeps images of your ID or your selfie.

Yes. TCHF is a registered Canadian charity. Your CRA tax receipt is emailed to you after an Admin checks it.
